This notice describes the website’s current enquiry and tracking setup.
Enquiries
When online enquiries are enabled, the form collects your name, company, business contact information and project context to review and respond to your request. Information is delivered to the configured enquiry system. Do not send confidential datasets, credentials or sensitive personal information through this form.
Security and service providers
Cloudflare provides website hosting and, when configured, Turnstile verification and request rate limiting. The enquiry delivery provider and its access permissions are selected by ScaleForge before the form is enabled. Form details are not included in analytics events or application logs.
Analytics and visitor intelligence
Analytics and company-identification integrations are disabled by default. If enabled, provider information, purpose and any required consent controls must be made available before tracking begins.
Retention and your requests
Enquiry access and retention are limited to the business purpose and applicable obligations. Contact ScaleForge using the available contact route to ask about access, correction or deletion. Project-specific data handling, retention and deletion arrangements are agreed in the project scope.
Public samples
Current previews contain small, redacted selections of company-level fields and job titles from supplied workbooks. Personal names, emails, phones, profile links and internal notes are excluded. Original private or master datasets are not published.
